AUGreat support and helpful staff. Great support from Mia in regards to getting set up and troubleshooting some issues I was having. She went the extra mile to ensure I had a resolution and guided me through configuring our POS. If you plan to use it on a desktop, I recommend installing the dedicated App rather than the browser-based version. It's significantly better.

GBMajor improvement in support Major improvement in support. It used to seem impossible to get any, but ConnectPOS was listening. They now have 24/7 support by chat or email. They responded in less than five minutes and resolved the issue in even less time. Friendly, efficient, proficient. Excellent.

SBGreat online chat support from Hana Great online chat support from Hana. She was able to connect and video chat with me straight away. Fluent English and very clear to understand. I then had another issue and went back online and again was supported by Hana. After being with ConnectPOS for 1 year I'm very impressed with the changes made to the software and the increased support.

BEGreat support in times of need. We had an issue with the connectivity and Hana was more then helpful to help us resolve the problem. On top of that, she was also first to provide us additional feedback on possible improvements for our webshop integration. 10/10 would use again.
