Great Onboarding Experience Lucy did an excellent job going over all my questions on getting ConnectPOS set up for my client. Used Google Meet to go over all of the settings and make sure we understood everything. Very pleased with their support.

ConnectPOS is incapable causing my shop… ConnectPOS is incapable causing my shop to close when system downed. The inventory is never right because ConnectPOS can't update MSI. Sometimes, the app can't close the sale causing my customers need to take screenshots as proof of purchase. Then, we re-create the orders when the app is back to life. Today I spent 3+ hours with Hana trying to fix one problem in MSI, but their side caused a disaster that we can't use the app at all during shop hours. That means close of business until further notice.
