I kept getting error messages about my billing address being wrong (which it wasn’t) and having a duplicate submission even though nothing successfully went through. Luckily my partner was doing a test at the same time and I was able to talk to his agent. This company should look at what Switch Health is doing as it is 10x easier.

The process was very easy to manage for our family of four. The staff was very helpful. Did our tests and received our results all within 40 minutes. Much better than trying to find testing here.
