Mary B was AMAZING Mary B was a very nice, polite and patient person during our observation of Covid tests needed for travel. She was very patient while I uploaded the correct photo ID and she was nice interacting with my minor children. Her instructions were very easy to follow. The entire Avoza system has been easy to use. The appointment reminders are a little excessive, but they are nice too.

Video observation seamless Our experience with Azova video observation for our rapid test was seamless. I was anxious about the process, however our proctor Cedrick C. was very helpful throughout the whole call. Everything was very organized from the instructions to the results. Everything about it was easy Everything about it was easy. Was able to book a testing time slot same day within a few minutes, test instructions were easy to follow, results were easy to download and later upload to airline. Would use again but hopefully this stupid pandemic is over.

This was unnecessarily complicated and… This was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. I kept getting error messages about my billing address being wrong (which it wasn’t) and having a duplicate submission even though nothing successfully went through. Luckily my partner was doing a test at the same time and I was able to talk to his agent. This company should look at what Switch Health is doing as it is 10x easier.

Highly recommended Highly recommended! Six of us needed antigen test certificates in two days, but we didn’t want to significantly interrupt our vacation in Croatia to get them done. We all did a proctored test from onboard our private catamaran. It was so quick and easy and saved us much time (and money).
