We could not get internet to work… We could not get internet to work and it was taken care of immediately. The rep was kind and patient while we had to get info from the TV sets. Thank you so much.

Technician I spoke to was patient and Informative Technician I spoke to was patient and informative. Answered all my questions. Was patient when I had trouble hearing him. 4 stars is due to disappointment with the service being provided by our RV park, not his service.

The “Self-Checkout” Line The customer service representative did very little to provide assistance. Luckily, I am somewhat familiar with technology. Otherwise, we would have been unsuccessful at connecting our Smart TVs. This system is antiquated and ridiculous. I have traveled all up and down the coast and have never had to go through this unnecessary process to watch TV!

Great IT support For reasons unknown to me my WiFi connection was interrupted and I was unable to reconnect. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable, professional but yet friendly. In a matter of minutes, he was able to walk me through a process (with explanation) that reconnected me AND in the event it happens again… I can fix it independently. IT issues would be minimized in their levels of frustration with more staff like the one I dealt with today, thank you.
