GBExcellent customer service Wow! Your tech Malcom is absolutely amazing. I consider myself tech savvy but could not get my TV to connect to the RV park's wifi. He was extremely patient and helpful. Even called me back when my cell reception went south during our call. Kudos to Tengointernet for hiring amazing support people like Malcom. He deserves more than a 10 so I'm giving him a 20! GBI was so thrilled… I was so thrilled with the customer support and service I received!! I think the man who helped me was Charlie (?) I called yesterday and he was the most patient kind individual and really knew his trade. GBThe “Self-Checkout” Line The customer service representative did very little to provide assistance. Luckily, I am somewhat familiar with technology. Otherwise, we would have been unsuccessful at connecting our Smart TVs. This system is antiquated and ridiculous. I have traveled all up and down the coast and have never had to go through this unnecessary process to watch TV!
