Excellent customer service Wow! Your tech Malcom is absolutely amazing. I consider myself tech savvy but could not get my TV to connect to the RV park's wifi. He was extremely patient and helpful. Even called me back when my cell reception went south during our call. Kudos to Tengointernet for hiring amazing support people like Malcom. He deserves more than a 10 so I'm giving him a 20! Thank you again Malcom!

We could not get internet to work… We could not get internet to work and it was taken care of immediately. The rep was kind and patient while we had to get info from the TV sets. Thank you so much.

The “Self-Checkout” Line The customer service representative did very little to provide assistance. Luckily, I am somewhat familiar with technology. Otherwise, we would have been unsuccessful at connecting our Smart TVs. This system is antiquated and ridiculous. I have traveled all up and down the coast and have never had to go through this unnecessary process to watch TV!

Excellent service and response! We couldn’t get the TV to connect to WIFI. The service specialist that helped us was so patient and helpful. He didn’t get frustrated with my lack of knowledge at all and worked with me until we got everything set up. Just in time for my husband to watch The Masters!
