I called yesterday and he was the most patient kind individual and really knew his trade. GBTechnician I spoke to was patient and Informative Technician I spoke to was patient and informative. Answered all my questions. Was patient when I had trouble hearing him. 4 stars is due to disappointment with the service being provided by our RV park, not his service.
