CAThe representative was a class act! … The representative was extremely professional and helpful. I had no clue what i was doing but he patiently walked me through all the steps and solved all my issues. I wish more companies would take the time and effort like this gentleman.

CAOverall decent network service This is probably more of a 4.5 star review, since we had occasional network issues, but overall we are satisfied. We will be using your services next year.(we are snowbirds)

GBNot user friendly at all Not user friendly at all. We are trying to connect a firestick at a campground. Customer service was useless. Never could get connected. I guess if a company makes it so difficult to use, they're going to keep the bad guys out too

GBI was so thrilled… I was so thrilled with the customer support and service I received!! I think the man who helped me was Charlie (?) I called yesterday and he was the most patient kind individual and really knew his trade. Thank you so much for being the kind of company you are that answers the call promptly and staffs with people like the man who resolved my issue!
