I sent all the necessary pictures of the product and quickly got fixed up with a new one on the way. I really appreciate it and I’m excited that you guys have such great customer support. GBVery disappointed Very disappointed. 3 products were shattered when I received my order. What’s worse - I opened the box on my bed next to my 14 year old daughter. Shards of glass went everywhere, because I didn’t know the glass jars were broken until I unraveled the brown paper. What happened to the bubble wrap? I have cuts on my thumb and index finger. I’m over it. I have many photos of everything. My first experience with this company. Horrible.
