Finally after all these years…. I am 43 and have never been able to use any kind of body care with scent due to allergies and fragrance headaches. Finally! I can use every single product from this company without irritation or headache! This is my forever brand.

Thank you Truly Ads!! I tried out the Truly brand because it was recommended to me from a friend. I chose the Acai Body Butter randomly and absolutely loved it! So I have been looking at some other Truly products to widen my Self-Care routine!

I already voiced my concerns before… I already voiced my concerns before about how my products were shipped and I guess it did not matter. I have email correspondence in regards to how my products were shipped with cracked lids and how certain promo deals were promoted and but not honored. I sent pictures and all! I even stated how I understand how certain items ran out so I may not have been able to get the gold scoop for a product. No response back. I expected more given the pricing of the product. Great products not so great customer service

Very disappointed Very disappointed. 3 products were shattered when I received my order. What’s worse - I opened the box on my bed next to my 14 year old daughter. Shards of glass went everywhere, because I didn’t know the glass jars were broken until I unraveled the brown paper. What happened to the bubble wrap? I have cuts on my thumb and index finger. I’m over it. I have many photos of everything. My first experience with this company. Horrible.
