SGCreate a seamless experience for the user. You need to hire a digital ecommerce ui/ux specialist to create a seamless user experience for the customer. The website doesn’t have a wish list but the app does and I can’t directly add the product to the cart. I have to switch back and forth between app and website. Also the website doesn’t recognise international addresses and I had to use the app to make my purchase. Discount codes are hard to redeem because error message says they’ve been used too often.

GBEveryone who responded to my emails was AMAZING!!! Everyone responded to my email within 5 to 10 minutes maybe even less (at 1:30am also) I was switched over to 3 different reps and everyone knew all my information so I didn’t have to retype everything again. All this was done thru email which I love! Everyone who responded to my e-mail was AMAZING!!!!!
