GBI am very impressed with the support… I am very impressed with the support provided by Theodora Maria and the billing team today. Excellent from start to finish. Theodora Maria answered my chat request quickly and was very resourceful. Even though the issue I had needed further investigation (we had to raise a ticket) it was resolved within 15 minutes!

After accidentally deleting all my emails by messing around where I shouldn't have been, Nada spent a really long time (and with a lot of patience for my incompetence) helping me to recover everything. Amazingly helpful and friendly! Absolutely excellent customer service!

GBCustomer Service needs people, not bots After a useless and timewasting effort with your bot customer support pop up, I raised a ticket to resolve a problem on how to pay an invoice when the saved card (out of date) was the only option. I helpful guy called Martin wrote straight back and over a couple of hours everything was sorted. Thank you for a real person!
