Excellent service and support I have used tsoHost for a number of years and generally have been very pleased with their service and support. Most recently, for example, I had a problem which required updating the DNS records to one of my domains which I was having great difficulty changing myself. (I'm most definitely a non-techie in this regard). Having sent off a support ticket I was therefore delighted and relieved when Martin got back to me saying that he had sorted everything out. Just the kind of excellent support that I needed and value.

Incredible Service I had to reach out to TSO Host as I didn't know where else to turn with a technical issue with my new domain. I told the agent Andreea that I was a total novice and didn't really know what I was talking about and they were amazing! Didn't make me feel silly for asking for help, sorted the issue and even explained what the problem was so I could understand it. I couldn't recommend TSO Host enough, they are fantastic.

Worst Customer Service on the Planet. Worst Customer Service on the Planet. Site got hacked - Database Injected. Domain Re-directed. Could not initiate Backup of Database using their system. Nor could they. Contacted their Fraud Department. No reply 48 hours later. Support Department - its been escalated because its a problem their end. Still waiting 48 hours later. Meanwhile our e-commerce site is down losing business because their database backup system is not working. No emails. No contact No support Why?? Save your money = go elsewhere

TSO service has crashed dramatically… TSO service has crashed dramatically over the past months. The level of active spam infiltrations since they migrated their servers has gone through the roof. They no longer have an on-line chat support and the only was to contact them is to raise a "ticket" which takes days to reply. You cannot even contact them by e-mail as their email support just says they cannot match your request to a support ticket even though you supply all the details in the e-mail. I now get on average almost 200 spam e-mails per day that is generated from MY OWN WORDPRESS and its impossible to contact these jokers. Use any other service provider. TSO used to be good but they are now shockingly poor. After 12 years of being with them I am moving elsewhere.

After telling me how to stop getting spam emails purporting to be from GoDaddy, he sorted out a way of making our website safer. Although I am a complete dumbo when it comes to website technology etc he patiently guided me through a complicated procedure. Thank you so much David
