Excellent service and support I have used tsoHost for a number of years and generally have been very pleased with their service and support. Most recently, for example, I had a problem which required updating the DNS records to one of my domains which I was having great difficulty changing myself. (I'm most definitely a non-techie in this regard). Having sent off a support ticket I was therefore delighted and relieved when Martin got back to me saying that he had sorted everything out. Just the kind of excellent support that I needed and value.

Hosting Complications So grateful to Alberto for being such an outstanding help to me today on Friday 8th March 2024. He got everything resolved in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and he was also kind in helping me to understand the issues in terms that I could follow. I appreciate his patience and time with me today to get everything resolved and because of him I feel more confident in what I'm doing. THANK YOU Tsohost for having such a fantastic team - please give Alberto a wage rise! He's well worth it! :)

I love these people but... I love these people. Very easy to do business with and responsive, knowledgeable. One drawback- GLACIAL email servers. I wish I had a quid for every time in a week I get an email confirmation link mailed to me from a new site that expires in 10 minutes, and by the time it shows up in my inbox it has expired. I have contacted tech support about this a number of times and they said, "The response is within what we consider an acceptable window". Sorry- if I can't get signup links from sites in 15 minutes, that's not acceptable.

I have been with this company for over… I have been with this company for over 10 years with no concerns, but the last 18 months have been shocking! Their live chat customer service no longer exists, and they take days beyond days to respond to a simple request. Worse still, they set it up incorrectly and then take even more days to fix their errors. I will eventually move over to Siteground as a host as their customer service is out of this world compared to Tsohost's current trash.

TSO Technical Support are wonderful… TSO Technical Support are wonderful they always advise and help me beyond expectations and very quickly. Far better than another company i used to host my website. Martin today was amazing he solved and answered a lot of questions about building a new website hosted by them. A+++++++
