Been with TSO Host for over a decade Been with TSO Host for over a decade. Recent problems with my site frustrated me. I have had a brain injury causing fatigue, anxiety and memory problems. I was about to give up. Vlad-Stefan provided outstanding customer support including significant helpful detail in many prompt email responses. He sought solutions that met my need rather than oversell. He was self critical during problem solving and honest about different ways forward. Integrity exemplified. He used colleagues to solve some of my problems. I now have a cheaper, better solution with TSO Host. New servers with great service despite the challenges.

I love these people but... I love these people. Very easy to do business with and responsive, knowledgeable. One drawback- GLACIAL email servers. I wish I had a quid for every time in a week I get an email confirmation link mailed to me from a new site that expires in 10 minutes, and by the time it shows up in my inbox it has expired. I have contacted tech support about this a number of times and they said, "The response is within what we consider an acceptable window". Sorry- if I can't get signup links from sites in 15 minutes, that's not acceptable.

I have been with this company for over… I have been with this company for over 10 years with no concerns, but the last 18 months have been shocking! Their live chat customer service no longer exists, and they take days beyond days to respond to a simple request. Worse still, they set it up incorrectly and then take even more days to fix their errors. I will eventually move over to Siteground as a host as their customer service is out of this world compared to Tsohost's current trash.

His responses thereafter were notably effective. Communications were concise sometimes employing a light sprinkling of well placed candour for additional clarity. Straight to the heart of the matter, no faffing about moved matters along expeditiously. Aside of the speed & skill he employed, I found Martin's approach properly professional thus he gets my first ever five star award.
