I sent email to Cliradex that my purchase had not gone through and I still wanted to get the $20 off. Christophe M. Replied and said that he had changed my purchase status to “pending “ so that I was able to complete my purchase the day after the official sale when I called customer service. I use Cliradex daily as recommended by… I use Cliradex daily as recommended by my ophthalmologist. Usually I’m very satisfied. It works! But one of the bottles I bought online this month has a broken dispenser top. It’s completely inoperable. I need a replacement bottle ASAP. Who can help me with this?

The product is amazing but… The product is amazing. The issues are with the payment processing and website. I always have issues logging into the website and have had my scheduled shipment not send multiple times due to something happening on your end with the payment process and holding the order or logging into the website sometimes can be a hassle.

Great product and great service. Fast and reasonably priced shipping on top of a great product. It's a bit pricier than the competition but, honestly, there is no competition as the Cliradex works and the other brands ... not so much.

I ordered Cliradex wipes directly from their website, and the price was good, and shipping & delivery were all good.
