GBunprepared The recovery pod sale was announced and I made a quick purchase to make sure that I was able to obtain 1 from a small number. After 9 days I hadn't received he pod and contacted CS and was told that you didn't have have the delivery package necessary to send the pod. If you weren't ready to send the product, why put it up sale until you are fully ready?

GBVery good products and service Everyone that I have worked with at NovaaLab has been so helpful and responses are quick and informative. I purchased the red light therapy pad over a year ago and love it. Because I believe they are a good comapny founded on good principles, I have recently order more products from them.

GBGreat customer service My oral device stopped working after about 9 months. I sent them a video of it not working and received a reply immediately that they would ship out a new device, no charge. Great customer service!
