GBI think the pad itself is too small I think the pad itself is too small. I’m not a large person and it seems too small to me. The strap is fine but I think it would be better if the strap was actually attached to the pad instead of being separate. I’ve used this everyday since I received it sometimes even twice a day and I have not noticed any difference in my back pain. Honestly nothing different than a regular heating pad does. This is just my honest opinion and experience with it. It may do a great job for others, it just did nothing for me.

They respond to emails and inquiries very quickly, they stand behind their products absolutely and are professional, helpful, friendly . This is the kind of customer service that all companies should strive for. I totally trust this company. I had a LED mat stop working properly. I contact acted them and they immediately responded with a request for a short video to illustrate the malfunction. They then quickly made arrangements to replace the malfunctioning mat. GBGreat customer service My oral device stopped working after about 9 months. I sent them a video of it not working and received a reply immediately that they would ship out a new device, no charge. Great customer service!
