They respond to emails and inquiries very quickly, they stand behind their products absolutely and are professional, helpful, friendly . This is the kind of customer service that all companies should strive for. I totally trust this company. I had a LED mat stop working properly. I contact acted them and they immediately responded with a request for a short video to illustrate the malfunction. They then quickly made arrangements to replace the malfunctioning mat.
