I think the pad itself is too small I think the pad itself is too small. I’m not a large person and it seems too small to me. The strap is fine but I think it would be better if the strap was actually attached to the pad instead of being separate. I’ve used this everyday since I received it sometimes even twice a day and I have not noticed any difference in my back pain. Honestly nothing different than a regular heating pad does. This is just my honest opinion and experience with it. It may do a great job for others, it just did nothing for me.

Excellent customer service My light pad stopped working. I was asked to send a short video which I did and the same day a replacement was sent. Incredible customer service. I am so impressed!

Happy gums I purchased the NovaaLab Oral device and have been using every day for a week. I have noticed an improvement in the chronic sensitivity I have had for years, and this is only a week in. I also think that a lingering low-grade infection in the roof of my mouth seems to be getting better. My hope is this therapy can get me to truly good oral health over time.

I am positively surprised I am positively surprised! Now I can say WOW! I got today refund $124 from Novaalab for device that I returned a few days ago. In less than 24 hours after posting my negative review about my past problems with their customer service experience. Now everything moved to another, good level. Everything would be even perfect, if they also credited back my shipping charges. But things are still unexpectably good. New Customer Service rep. Bucks did a good job fast. Thank you for your speed!

Wonderful Customer service Customer service. I ordered an item as a gift for my son and after paying remembered I should have had it shipped to him. I sent an email to customer service and was pleasantly surprised when the following morning had a reply saying they had corrected the shipping and it would be sent to my son. It saved me the time that I would have spent to package and drive to the post office to send to him. I am so grateful for their quick response.
