I’ve had several concierge service calls lately and have asked each if they could help me refine my monthly shipment of products as I’m having difficulty using them all. Each time I’ve been told I need to contact customer service. My question is: why are you calling me as a concierge service when you can’t provide me with a customer service? As it stands your concierge service is no more than a telemarketing call which I don’t appreciate. Thanks for your time.

Very pleased Genucel was recommended by Ben Shapiro and I am glad I followed up on the suggestion. I am enjoying the bundle of skincare products.
