Products are good, but website experience and loyalty program is not! Products are good, but the customer experience on your website is very poor. Tried to use the FEB23-1 code from the mailer, which didn't work and the code for customer appreciation FEB23-30 didn't work either. Also, I have ordered multiple times from Chamonix at significant cost and points earned always are ZERO.

Love the products Love the products , clear description of each item and easy ordering . Plus delivery is always in a timely fashion. The only negative is the item size could be larger so you don’t have to order so frequently .
