GBPoor to Non-Existent Customer Service I have found it impossible to reach customer service to return a product they keep shipping to me without it having been ever ordered! I challenge anyone to find a care provider on their website! Then once you find one, you have to send an email, which I did about a week ago, with no response!

GUI am an Internist and I have atopic… I am an Internist and I have atopic dermatitis on my face particularly on nasal creases and eyebrows and has been using hydrocortisone intermittently. I am skeptical about using these “beauty products “. My brother who has the same condition told me about Chamonix products and I gave it a try since last year, I haven’t used topical steroids since then!

GBProducts are good, but website experience and loyalty program is not! Products are good, but the customer experience on your website is very poor. Tried to use the FEB23-1 code from the mailer, which didn't work and the code for customer appreciation FEB23-30 didn't work either. Also, I have ordered multiple times from Chamonix at significant cost and points earned always are ZERO.

GBProduct Selection Is Easy Selecting products to purchase was quite easy. I enjoy the products I recently purchased today. When I elected to redeem some Happy Points, the website kept sending me to the same screen which reflected an area to click on to redeem Happy Points. It was a little frustrating but appreciate the opportunity to redeem some Happy Points. ct
