Here is the response I received 3 days ago, and once again, for the umpteenth time, they did not follow through with what they say. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Dear Chas Sometimes an inaccurate impression from a presized tray can result in a device that does not fit correctly. Based on the information you have provided us with, we would like to offer to remake your device for FREE from a set of new impressions. Our technicians will design a custom impression tray that is designed to fit the shape and contours of your mouth so that we can fit you with a replacement device that is as comfortable as it is beautiful. I have gone ahead and ordered a replacement impression kit with the customized impression trays for you which will ship out in the next 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking info in a separate email once it ships to you. GBRefitting Support Non-Existant I almost never write reviews, so the fact I feel the need to share my experience says something, I'd say. The fitting process and turnaround was real simple, however, I am VERY dissatisfied with their support after I paid nearly $1000 for my denture with warranty. The denture is too high causing discomfort and jaw pain after only a few hours of use. I reached out to their support email as instructed on their included card the day after I received the denture (4/5). No response beyond the automated "We're looking at it". I tried calling their support line the following Monday. Had to leave a message - I did, with my contact details. Nothing. I was more than gracious giving them adequate time to respond back and did not try to follow-up again until a week later, on 4/11. I tried both email and phone call - same thing, radio silence. It's been ANOTHER week and still not a peep from ANY of their support! Completely unacceptable and I will be reporting to the BBB as after paying nearly a grand for dentures that I can't use and no support, this smells like a scam to me. Resetsmile, you NEED to improve your support system, especially for customers that need adjustments to their dentures!

GBI had a traditional denture and it was… I had a traditional denture and it was metal and painful. I am missing 5 teeth, 3 upper and two lower. I ordered these because there was no metal. My smile is so nice and natural looking now. I can chew food completely and swallow without choking, they feel great I don’t have the urge to take them out, they actually fit so well they are hard to take out, I am so happy to smile wide now, thank you so much ResetSmile for my new confident smile!
