DISHONEST COMPANY UPDATE: So I received a response after more than a month waiting to hear from someone. Once again, they fail to follow through. Here is the response I received 3 days ago, and once again, for the umpteenth time, they did not follow through with what they say. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Our technicians will design a custom impression tray that is designed to fit the shape and contours of your mouth so that we can fit you with a replacement device that is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
