GBI am very happy with TPO I am very happy with TPO. It isn't the quite low operating cost that keeps me happy, although that's a definite plus. It's the fact that a part of my monthly fee goes to the charity of my choice. That definitely matters. I would give it five stars except that it's range isn't always the absolute best. Nonetheless, it's usually just fine for my needs.

GBThank you TPO for a great service! My experience has been nothing but great for the pricing offered. TPO support was necessary at the outset (two years ago), but has been unnecessary ever since. My voicemail alerts on iPhone SE were a little quirky, but it wasn't irritating to me. I loved their business model when I first signed up, and now am truly sorry to see them exit the US market. I wish the TPO team well in their UK endeavors, and I hope someone in the US will be courageous enough to emulate these pioneers of truly good business ethics! THANK YOU TPO!

GBAlmost all good Pros: The pricing is excellent. TPO donates to charities. Rarely an issue with signal or data strength. Con: No chat customer service. If you live alone or need your service before friends/family are available to use their phone, it's difficult to get to customer service if something goes wrong with the autopay renew etc. as pay phones are rare and it's not easy to find a stranger to let you borrow their phone for an unknown amount of time (depending on if there is a wait, troubleshooting, etc).

GBDespite a problem with the SIM card for … Despite a problem with the SIM card for my phone, due to misinformation on the TPO website, I have no regrets about switching to them as a provider! I like that I can choose what charity I support, & their customer service in resolving the SIM card issue was excellent. Plus, they're MUCH cheaper than my former provider!

GBGreat Company; Spotty Cell Service Love the company and it's ideas about sharing for charities. Cost is very reasonable, so overall I'm happy. However, be prepared for occasional dropped calls, spotty service, or no service areas. I can live with these issues due to TPO being (in my opinion) a very socially responsible company. I'll stay with them because of that.
