GBI bough three Moto g5 plus unlocked … I bough three Moto g5 plus unlocked phones from Costco and inserted TPO SIM cards. Phone works great. Calls connect. Unfortunately, picture texts do not load. Cannot send or receive photos. Service is weak. Data doesn't connect. I pay $100 a month for all three lines. Very cheap but with much sacrifice. My teenagers are not impressed. I like the charity benefit. I like going outside convention but I also like sending and receiving photo texts and connecting to WiFi.

GBIt is very difficult to get any… It is very difficult to get any support. The online website is extremely difficult to work through. When My credit card date expired, they never tried contacting me. They just shut the account off. It was like pulling teeth with their "customer service" person once I finally got through to them. If the pricing wasn't as low as it is, I would be gone yesterday. When I finally got re-instated, the girl just hung up the phone. No comments. No thanks.

GBTPO is reasonably priced (for the US) TPO is reasonably priced (for the US), but the coverage isn't great. For some reason, I have no coverage in the old buildings in which I work and live. Other networks do have coverage in these buildings. I don't know what the problem is, but this is definitely a drawback! I also travel a lot for work and do not consider the international packages available either user friendly or reasonably priced.

GBSimple and Reliable Simple and Reliable Coverage is easy to get, the SIM shipped free to my door. I activated it and entered in a few details, and my phone number from Sprint transferred instantly. The website is easy to use and after the changes, is easier to navigate. Autopay and the autopay bonus off the bill rock, and I love that my bill helps fund the rescue and care of abused animals!

GBAlmost all good Pros: The pricing is excellent. TPO donates to charities. Rarely an issue with signal or data strength. Con: No chat customer service. If you live alone or need your service before friends/family are available to use their phone, it's difficult to get to customer service if something goes wrong with the autopay renew etc. as pay phones are rare and it's not easy to find a stranger to let you borrow their phone for an unknown amount of time (depending on if there is a wait, troubleshooting, etc).
