Their servers are strong, their user interface is accessible, and their support is incredible, both friendly and helpful with each interaction. Best so far. I've tried so, so many hosting companies. HeavyNode is different. Their prices, specs, and locations are the best in the industry. This is a serious host that doesn't swindle you for your money like most Minecraft hosting companies. The support staff are very helpful and every issue with them has been resolved, including server crashes and DNS issues with their web hosting (which is a great deal as well.) HeavyNode goes above and beyond Over the years I've used many server providers but none have matched the level of expertise present at HeavyNode. The company provides some of the best hardware possible at extremely affordable rates. I rarely write reviews but the support team at HeavyNode deserves praise, through multiple tickets I have yet to have to wait more than 24 hours for a response.

Great Value Comparing HeavyNode with other Minecraft hosting providers, you will immediately notice they give one of the best value for specs. You will find it difficult to find a better one for the price they offer. While my tickets weren't answered as quickly as I'd want them to, the staff has only been but helpful to me once they did. Discord is always available though, so at least aside from tickets, you have a quicker way to get their attention. I highly recommend HeavyNode.

Love HeavyNode HeavyNode is the best host I have ever used. The staff know what they are doing and are super helpful. On many occasions Rodrigo has gone above and beyond where they needed to go in order to help me with issues I was having.
