GBThey don’t stand behind their products How could they improve? Well for starters they could stand behind their products. Bought a brand new seafoam green flux and paint came off first use from the madecide solution. Customer service rep forwarded the information to another department and had me send photos of madecide and ingredients as well as pictures of machine with faded coloring where paint came off and their department responded that it absolutely should not have happen and machine is tested with madecide to insure paint lost doesn’t occur, so they acknowledge it’s an issue. However, they won’t refund or even exchange my product but want me to send back my machine which would leave me without while they “inspect” the machine to figure why this happens. … ok so I’m just supposed to be without a machine and now short 1200 bucks…I’m not rich sooo obviously this impacts me greatly. No machine no work. From what I’ve read others had to send back their machines and were left machine less for over 8 weeks. Truly unacceptable and no wonder why you guys have 1.8 star rating. DO BETTER AND STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS!

NLMoney grabbers Money grabbers Customer service is non existing and when they do get back to you they asked their supervisor and he said no ( they all said the same ) That company wouldn’t even spit on their customers if we where on fire They can give celebs who can afford their stuff free products but milk their paying customers for every penny Overpriced

BBI've been tattooing for 16 years I've been tattooing for 16 years. Started my tattoo journey with coil machines. Found FK when they changed the game with light weight 1.5 coil machines. They were awesome for the period of time they were made. Fast forward to current date and time. Started with xion, got the edge x, got the flux , and now the exo.... worth every penny.. As for the company. I've never had issues with Fallen King. When my xion motor went out I shipped it our and they had it fixed and returned lightning (bolt) quick. As the comment on Gaston being racist. I'm not sold on that statement. Maybe passionate, competitive, confident, but racist.... probably not. I would say if you're thinking about buying FK. Just do it and see if your tattoos look better and skin is less traumatized.

GBWorst tattoo machine company! I bought two machines from this company. One broke a little after a year of having it and the second within months. I sent one in for repairs and according to them I left it past the allowed holding time for their repair department so they just kept it!!!! I owed $300 for repairs but paid $1100 for it so I definitely got robbed by this company. I would never recommend. Get a bishop, cheyenne or critical tattoo machine instead. Cheyenne didn’t charge for my repairs!

GBPoor customer support rip off on the… Poor customer support rip off on the delivery prices don’t even care about their clients. Not even talking how much you charge for tattoo machines!
