GBI have only given 1 star as it wont let… I have only given 1 star as it wont let me give less. technical support is dire, they suspended my service saying payment had not gone through, paypal and the bank says it had and i showed them the proof, they had not got back in touch after 2 days to get me back on line so I cancelled it and went elsewhere, I cant stand incompetence. you can get better for cheaper.

GBSpider VPN had set up a remote session… 12/07/2020 - fault ticket opened 20/07/2020 - Spider VPN had set up a remote session with me to fix my internet issue but never joined instead of they have canceled my ticket. 23/07/2020 vpn not fixed yet, no communication with the seller, rubbish customer service, open ticket cancelled again. 23/07/2020 ticket re opened and @ received from Spider to set up an online session again, will see how it goes. 25/07/2020 Problem has been fixed after 2 weeks of waiting (UK VPN location was not working properly)

GBgot issues? no need for tissues! got a rare problem with router that was solved by the tech guys. Initial contact through their on line chat that was fast and effective. on a separate occasion, an on line tech conference was arranged with reminders at your convenience then walked though the issue and resolved it with a fast replacement. This service is faster, more efficient, effective than Sky or Virgin etc and treats you as a human! So if you have an issue don't reach for the tissue, just let 'em know.

ESVery poor customer service I purchased a 2 year vpn product from spider vpn in September. For the past 2 weeks I unable to access the service. I have raised this with spider vpn customer service online ( apparently this is the only way of contact ) The support given from customer Service has been very poor. They take nearly 24 hours to reply and when they do, they are unable to resolve the issue. I have asked for someone to contact me to which I stil have not had a reply. So basically I have paid for 2 year service but I am unable to access the service. I would not recommend this vpn provider as I have experienced very poor customer service.

THBest in the market ! Hands down, the single BEST way to protect your family on the Internet. There are so many options and different ways to filter based on your specific needs. You can easily block all traffic based on time of day, block only specific sites, block all sites except those you specifically permit, etc. Furthermore, Spider VPN Tech Support is second to none. I ALWAYS receive a response from their email support system in less than 24 hours and usually within two. Have never had to use telephone support so I can only imagine it’s even better. You simply can’t go wrong here.
