Spider VPN had set up a remote session… 12/07/2020 - fault ticket opened 20/07/2020 - Spider VPN had set up a remote session with me to fix my internet issue but never joined instead of they have canceled my ticket. 23/07/2020 vpn not fixed yet, no communication with the seller, rubbish customer service, open ticket cancelled again. 23/07/2020 ticket re opened and @ received from Spider to set up an online session again, will see how it goes. 25/07/2020 Problem has been fixed after 2 weeks of waiting (UK VPN location was not working properly)
