After talking to guys at spider I am no…not a happy bunny After talking to guys at spider I am no where near to being happy despite previous review ......it would appear that although the router is connected I am still on my isp which is sky I have tried to go to several torrent sites and immediately had a sky message appear to say this site is blocked . It seem s my router doesn’t work at all . I find it partially frustrating to be unable to talk to the tech guys on telephone and only via there website on chat . If it’s not possible to sort out on phone maybe I could get to Washington to exchange the router for another one.

Great customer care Only had this a week or so, had a bit of a problem initially but after putting a ticket in on SpiderVpn client area I was called back virtually straight away. Bought VPN end Nov due to buffering. Bought VPN end Nov. Not being tech-minded found that it no effect on my streaming speed. Contacted VPN customer service. Within a short time, they put me on the right track. My IPTV is not suffering the severe buffering it recently encountered. Many thanks to the team. Highly recommended.

Blocks outgoing emails and frequenty get told of 'unusual traffic' by google. Connects OK, and easy to set up, internet works. There are however two major issues with the Spider VPN. 1) Their endpoint IP addresses are frequently on the Spamhaus list for spam email. This means that outgoing email gets blocked by your email provider. Not the email providers fault, they just take note of the Spamhaus list. Spider VPN need to ensure their endpoints are not on the Spamhaus lists. 2) Frequently get error messages out of google saying they have detected unusual traffic from the network and requiring a CAPTCHA to continue. This should not happen.
