It works great Thanks to SpiderVPN's Support Team, my connection troubles were fixed. I am now enjoying fast and stable traffic. Original review - 09/13/2019 : Bought a pro router package. Installed it and all was perfect. But depending on the location used, the router disconnects frequently. For example, impossible to use the Norway or Australia. Connected to Netherlands, it disconnects frequently. Connected to Italy, it is stable.

They are not interested in my issue full stop. I have been polite to them no disrespect to their staff and still I am no further forward. I will look elsewhere for a better service.

Each time I was forced to log a ticket and give them the payment id which took days for them to respond to. On the third time I decided to cancel and go to another provider.

worth every penny been using the service since 2018 and now have 2 active subscriptions for past 2 years (software and Router), barley have problems and when i do they are always on hand to help no matter what! i highly recommend and do suggest the 3 year plan as offers better value!
