GBAfter 2 days of trying to sort the… After 2 days of trying to sort the issue on getting me back up and running, After reseting the router to flash updated software (I was told to do this) Now I cannot sign into the router dashboard and the customer service is absolutely dire. They are not interested in my issue full stop. I have been polite to them no disrespect to their staff and still I am no further forward. I will look elsewhere for a better service.

GBReally poor customer service Really poor customer service. Had unread tickets for days after cancelling and still being through my PayPal. . Second ticket is for a refund to PayPal. No response. After reading a review to a guy . Exactly same thing happened for him where he went into weeks. Vpn it's self was ok to be fair. I just wasn't using it as it caused lag when gaming . For general streaming it was fine

GBGreat customer care Only had this a week or so, had a bit of a problem initially but after putting a ticket in on SpiderVpn client area I was called back virtually straight away. My problem was sorted within 15 minutes & all is well. Thank you to all at SpiderVpn great service with understanding IT engineers who care about there customers. Well done - can recommend this service.

GBAfter talking to guys at spider I am no…not a happy bunny After talking to guys at spider I am no where near to being happy despite previous review ......it would appear that although the router is connected I am still on my isp which is sky I have tried to go to several torrent sites and immediately had a sky message appear to say this site is blocked . It seem s my router doesn’t work at all . I find it partially frustrating to be unable to talk to the tech guys on telephone and only via there website on chat . If it’s not possible to sort out on phone maybe I could get to Washington to exchange the router for another one.

GBgot issues? no need for tissues! got a rare problem with router that was solved by the tech guys. Initial contact through their on line chat that was fast and effective. on a separate occasion, an on line tech conference was arranged with reminders at your convenience then walked though the issue and resolved it with a fast replacement. This service is faster, more efficient, effective than Sky or Virgin etc and treats you as a human! So if you have an issue don't reach for the tissue, just let 'em know.
