But some time ago something happens, looks like they moved all tech calls to a call center or similar. Ladies on the prone has no desire to help or understand, they just push you to read a support article

t'was good at first but then I encounter a problem on sending text messages So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave
