GBCallRail is for agencies CallRail is the best choice for our agency. Past call tracking providers have not been able to provide the same setup as CallRail that makes it easy for agencies like ours to manage numbers on behalf of their clients. Not only is the platform great, but the support from both account reps and the general support team is always speedy and courteous. I would highly recommend CallRail to anyone looking for a call tracking provider!

GB4 Stars for Good Customer Management I had initial issues with Callrail. I used their software but faced some problems. Eventually Callrail were able to refund my money displaying good customer relationship management.

PHt'was good at first but then I encounter a problem on sending text messages So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave

GBEasy, Fairly Robust, and Inexpensive CallRail has an easy setup, and the numbers are mostly clean; no less so than other call tracking companies. I do wish there was we more options for trigger dynamic number insertion for campaign with many different sources. There are a decent amount but not quite enough. CallRail remains the best of the half dozen or so that we've tried. Also, the pricing model is a bit odd for an agency setup. The account structure is fine for agencies, but the way the pricing scales is odd.

GBAvoid if you value your business... The platform was great, until... They decided that they were going to ban call forwarding to mobile phones in the UK as it was "too expensive" for them. Because almost all my clients use mobile phones, yep you guessed it, they stopped getting calls. CallRail never informed me of this at any point until I contacted support with the issue. I lost many clients because of this, thousands of £ worth of damage done to my business, not to mention my reputation. Any decent company would have just passed on the extra expense by increasing the price, or adding an additional package for mobile phones at a premium, but no, they just banned them altogether. I have no words, if you value your business, DO NOT use this company in the UK at least, but I wouldn't trust them anywhere after this. AVOID!!
