t'was good at first but then I encounter a problem on sending text messages So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave

We don't run into actual issues with the platform itself, but anything we have encountered has been addressed and resolved quickly. CallRail is also great at taking feedback and making actual product changes and feature additions based on such requests.
