GBGood product selection at reasonable cost US Bath Store supplied us three vanity sinks for a new house. They were priced very reasonably, packed carefully and shipped in a reasonable time.

GBI'd love to have given 5 stars I'd love to have given 5 stars, but there were a few things that were probably just our experience and one the product. We ordered a vanity in January and were told within 3 days that it was on back order (6 weeks) and asked if we'd like to cancel. We chose not to cancel as we designed the bathroom around that vanity. My complaint would be that they did not communicate with me at all after that, no updates, no emails. I called one time at week 8 and was told they'd check the warehouse and get back to me. I emailed 2 other times and were told were were priority and they'd let us know. We never heard back and then one day we received notification that it had shipped,12 weeks later. We now have the vanity installed and it looks great. The vanity, however, did not come with any sink mounting hardware nor any sealants for holding down the top or the sink. It was weird, but we got some silicone and took care of it (we hope).

GBI’ve been waiting over a week just to… I’ve been waiting over a week just to receive an RMA and shipping label for a return. These days returns shouldn’t be this hard, I feel like this is still the ‘90s having to take this long. Also restocking fees and shipping fees associated with returns weren’t made aware to me at time of purchase. My box that I’m returning showed up with dented sides and now there’s the potential your company won’t take my return back because the box isn’t in “perfect condition” even though that’s how it showed up on my doorstep. Pretty antiquated policies if you ask me

GBStay Away! Stay Away!! Bought a Bath Vanity on Black Friday. My order was confirmed and was supposed to ship in 3-5 buisness days, but after over 1 week I was told that they couldn't ship item due to damage and a third party could ship for and additional cost of $270, which they would cover 50%. What company sells a product and then charges additional money to ship? Take your buisness elsewhere
