Not Great The experience wasn't great. The order took much longer to ship than expected. I contacted customer service about a discount code at least twice and never heard back from them. And the instructions that came with the unit were terrible. The unit itself works and looks decent though.

I'd love to have given 5 stars I'd love to have given 5 stars, but there were a few things that were probably just our experience and one the product. We ordered a vanity in January and were told within 3 days that it was on back order (6 weeks) and asked if we'd like to cancel. We chose not to cancel as we designed the bathroom around that vanity. My complaint would be that they did not communicate with me at all after that, no updates, no emails. I called one time at week 8 and was told they'd check the warehouse and get back to me. I emailed 2 other times and were told were were priority and they'd let us know. We never heard back and then one day we received notification that it had shipped,12 weeks later. We now have the vanity installed and it looks great. The vanity, however, did not come with any sink mounting hardware nor any sealants for holding down the top or the sink. It was weird, but we got some silicone and took care of it (we hope).

NOPE! They may be amazing, but were not for me. I placed an order yesterday early morning for a vanity top, got an email fairly quick confirming the order, ok good so far. Then mid afternoon another email, with a story about damaged items in their warehouse but not to worry they found someone else but it will cost additional shipping, but not to worry they will cover 50% my portion will ONLY be $100 over the price I paid few hours earlier. GTFOH!

Beautiful variety wrong top The vanity is beautiful but I ordered a white top, I received a marble top. Not what I wanted. It was too late to refuse and get the right top for the time of my remodel. I hope for future they re assess the orders and send the correct merchandise the customer ordered especially for the price. Otherwise the vanity is exactly what I wanted and expected in quality.

Horrible Experience Horrible Experience. This company uses a terrible freight company - they dropped my mirrored cabinet in front of trash cans - no signature, not even a doorbell ring. When I contacted them about potential missing pieces, I had to email them repeatedly to get a response. Not timely customer service. I do not recommend them.
