Excellent quality product, lovely too! The bath bench I ordered id very well made, sturdy, and beautiful. The delivery was timely. I am especially impressed and glad that there was an option for purchasing special cleaning products to keep my bench free from dirt mold and discoloration in the future.

I received my items in a timely manner… I received my items in a timely manner and in mostly good condition, but they did not communicate. I reached out several times regarding no information on my shipment. So I did not know if things were coming or delayed. They barely got back to me and just stated watch your email for updates (never rec'd) then one day out of the blue a shipping company reached out saying my items were in town. Too bad, I am less likely to shop here because of this experience.

Will never order from here again Did not ship within the ten days as promised. I called to cancel order and miraculously the order was in route. I called the freight company and the item had not been picked up from vendor. I called again to cancel and get a refund, showing that I tried to cancel before item shipped. US Bathstore refused to cancel and refund, told me to refuse order when it arrived and a refund would be issued once they received the item back. I ordered the item on 12/24 and have been going back and forth trying to get a refund. I am getting ready to go to the credit card company and file a fraud case.

NOPE! They may be amazing, but were not for me. I placed an order yesterday early morning for a vanity top, got an email fairly quick confirming the order, ok good so far. Then mid afternoon another email, with a story about damaged items in their warehouse but not to worry they found someone else but it will cost additional shipping, but not to worry they will cover 50% my portion will ONLY be $100 over the price I paid few hours earlier. GTFOH!

Stay Away! Stay Away!! Bought a Bath Vanity on Black Friday. My order was confirmed and was supposed to ship in 3-5 buisness days, but after over 1 week I was told that they couldn't ship item due to damage and a third party could ship for and additional cost of $270, which they would cover 50%. What company sells a product and then charges additional money to ship? Take your buisness elsewhere
