GBHighly recommended I've used Guesty for hosts for well over two years and I couldn't imagine working without it. My business runs on autopilot now that I've set up all the guest messaging. Their direct booking platform works wonders. Also little things like their automated guest forms come in handy when I need to manually run a security deposit from booking dot com. Anytime I had a problem their support team always comes through and finds a way to fix it. Highly recommended.

ZABeyond Excellent Excellent. I moved away from Uplisting because of cost. To get a direct booking website would have been double what YourPorter charges. But surprise I got a lot more than I bargained for. Not only amazing support, the interface looks simple, the phone app is exactly the same. But simple does not mean it's not amazing. My team discovers new ways to reduce activities around any corner. The direct booking website is great. I would like more payment processors. But I suppose South Africans are few. I am limited to Paypal.

GBThere is no customer service at all There is no customer service at all. No phone number, no person you can ever speak to to help. You have to open a ticket and wait several days to hear , even a week sometimes only for them to ask more questions. You will go back and forth for a month to attempt to get anything resolved.

AECalendar Synchronization Issue Our experience with Guesty for our holiday home business over three months has been inconsistent. While it worked well for one property, scaling up caused issues with listing availability synchronization, especially on Airbnb & Booking.com. Customer support's reliance on website articles instead of addressing our concerns directly was disappointing. Overall, not recommended for similar businesses.

NOWhen Guesty acquired Your Porter a year… When Guesty acquired Your Porter a year or so ago, Porter was a great small indie channel manager that did all for you at a low price, and always replied right away to questions. Now, apparently Guesty has left The new “GUesty for hosts” to die. Their app freezes every time and needs to be shut down. Also slow loading times. Seems like here are now more features being added. Time to move on to another channel manager. It will definitely not be Guesty.
