GBGuesty integration does not work with… Guesty integration does not work with VRBO. All of the Guesty settings are correct. I have tried in vain to speak to anyone at Guesty. Their support is non-existent. You can enter a support ticket but they will just give you runaround and never deal with problem. They play hot potato and say someone will get back to you but no one ever does. I paid over $800 for Guesty. I can't wait to switch to HostAway.

GBOverall recommend, despite some bugs Overall, Guesty for Hosts is an excellent product that is easy to use and easily integrates with major booking platforms. It even helps you set up direct booking sites. My only complaint is that it has some bugs in the user interface and sometimes the app takes a while to load. In general I recommend this product!

GBIf I could give them less than 1 stars… If I could give them less than 1 stars , I gladly would . This company is filled with Nincompoops who took a perfectly fine product ( Your porter ) and pushed it to the graveyard. This product is technologically at a level when abacus was evolving , horrible support , unified mailbox and the one thing they should be doing is to manage across channels - they goof up . DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL !!

AECalendar Synchronization Issue Our experience with Guesty for our holiday home business over three months has been inconsistent. While it worked well for one property, scaling up caused issues with listing availability synchronization, especially on Airbnb & Booking.com. Customer support's reliance on website articles instead of addressing our concerns directly was disappointing. Overall, not recommended for similar businesses.

GBGuesty for Hosts falls short on feature set Amazing UI and experience on both Mac and iPhone/iOS. Decent price point in comparison to other PMPs. Great workflow for housekeeping and customer communications. Good integration with smart pricing affiliates. Missing a ton of features (included in Guesty for Pros) so much that I had to leave the platform after a brief period. Terrible website templates. No customer invoicing which is key for direct booking. Although nice, customer service takes a minimum of 24 hours to reply to any question. No way to pay more $$ and upgrade to Guesty for Pros. Very little OTA channel connectivity options.
