I love Shootproof I love Shootproof. It has made it so much easier to put all of my business into one site. My galleries, contracts, invoices, contacts and so many things all in one place. I love how beautiful and professional the galleries look when I send them to my clients. I refer everyone to Shootproof. The only thing I would request is that they find a way to better download and save all the monetary spreadsheets. It becomes very time consuming and difficult at tax time to go through and save all of the numbers item by item.

I love ShootProof so much I love ShootProof so much, because since I started using this platform, my life has become so much easier! My clients can pick their favorite pictures from each session and I simply edit the ones they choose! Can't imagine my business without ShootProof!

Great company, would be nice to know I am heard. Great company. Amazing galleries for all my clients. I'm giving it four stars because they still haven't created an option for larger files (max is 50mb per image). I have stated that I would pay more for this feature. My camera shots 61megapixel images. I bought it specifically to print larger without sacrificing image quality. So, ShootProof is my bottleneck at the moment. Fix that and we have 5 stars.

Shootproof glitches have LOST ME CLIENTS I gave them 2 stars for a clean appearance and ease of sharing. Otherwise, GOOD LUCK with all the upset & exasperated clients you will have to deal with over the years. I shoot actors & work closely with talent agents in Los Angeles. Shootproof's glitchy software has LOST ME ENTIRE AGENCIES because they simply hate dealing with these galleries! There is a huge GLITCH in the "favorites" system which causes a client's favorites to simply disappear. There is another glitch that causes one client to be able to over-write another user's favorites even when logged in using a different email. There is another glitch that shows favorites being narrowed down, but later you realize they didn't narrow because you were un-starring from the thumbnail view. But there is a star there! And sometimes that method works! Sometimes it doesn't! WTAF???!! I hate these galleries and cannot wait to find a new company. This is the last straw.

Really great to work with Really great to work with . Very easy to figure out how to work with it and they have tutorials if you need help. Very customizable. Would recommend to every photographer. Being able to deliver photo without a flash drive or use of dropbox is very convenient. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the commerce end needs a little tweaking. it can be a bit confusing to track if you have many order coming in at once. so its really a 4.5 star review
