Great company, would be nice to know I am heard. Great company. Amazing galleries for all my clients. I'm giving it four stars because they still haven't created an option for larger files (max is 50mb per image). I have stated that I would pay more for this feature. My camera shots 61megapixel images. I bought it specifically to print larger without sacrificing image quality. So, ShootProof is my bottleneck at the moment. Fix that and we have 5 stars.

Recent changes = major glitches, can’t contact by phone The company has changed a lot of things on their website without working out all the kinks first. Any good company fully tests major changes BEFORE going live with them. There’s MAJOR glitches that have to be worked around in order to simply complete a task, and not all the options are available due to whatever technical issues they’ve not yet solved. All my templates that I spent a considerable amount of time on have been deleted with the website changes. Oh, and you can’t even contact the company. The message on their support line is “our team is not currently available by phone.” That says a lot right there. They’re obviously experiencing so many issues that they don’t want to answer the phone. What kind of business doesn’t answer the phone? Not a reputable one. It’s extremely frustrating since everything worked so great before (and the glitches reflect negatively on the professionalism of the photographer). I’ve been with them for years, but now I’m ditching them as soon as my last invoice is paid. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I really like shoot proof but.... I really like shoot proof. The idea it has behind the aim for simplicity is illuminating towards people like me. I’m always on the go and like sites like ShootProof for a one stop shop. I’d like to have it be a little more user friendly in navigating through the site and what I want. I’m computer savvy and know my way around a PC and Mac. There are a few areas I’d make more efficient. This way it would make me getting to know the site faster.

I love Shootproof!! I love Shootproof!!! It's so much simpler to send contracts, galleries, automated emails etc than any other product I've tried. They have seamless print ordering available through all the big name printing companies, and clients can pay straight through Shootproof. Their customer service is top notch! I truly look and feel more professional because of ShootProof!!

I love ShootProof so much I love ShootProof so much, because since I started using this platform, my life has become so much easier! My clients can pick their favorite pictures from each session and I simply edit the ones they choose! Can't imagine my business without ShootProof!
