MISLEADING INFO ABOUT RETURN DATE They do not make it clear that the rental period INCLUDES transit time. Then they try and charge you double the daily rate if it arrives later than expected. This is NOT stated on receipt, so I'm sure Visa will credit the erroneous 'late fee'. Customer service seemed like they get these inquiries all the time. This is a very shady business practice, and will never use this company again.

Great value and responsive Customer Service. Received my phone in a timely manner. Discovered a small air bubble under the screen protector that initally had me concerned. After contacting Customer Service, they were very helpful in talking me through the process to remove the bubble. Customer Service representatives were very courteous and user friendly. Will be setting my phone up today and cannot wait to try it out once we get to Italy.

Quick and easy phone for international travel Ordered the phone, an eKit 4C, on Monday, and received it two days later as promised. I installed the SIM card, charged battery, with included charger, and things seem to be working - connected to US carrier (ATT at work, T-mobile at home), and able to make and receive calls. Haven't tried texting but no reason to believe it won't work. I haven't used the phone where I'm going yet - New Zealand - but am pretty confident it will work. Great that it has two SIM slots in case I want to get a local one at the airport.

Spotty cell service no data Currently trying to use the phone and data plan on travel worth limited phone success and zero data success. This means I'm stranded with no navigation tools in a completely unfamiliar city. After dark. Woman alone with my daughter. Not okay.
