This is NOT stated on receipt, so I'm sure Visa will credit the erroneous 'late fee'. Customer service seemed like they get these inquiries all the time. This is a very shady business practice, and will never use this company again.

Quick and easy phone for international travel Ordered the phone, an eKit 4C, on Monday, and received it two days later as promised. I installed the SIM card, charged battery, with included charger, and things seem to be working - connected to US carrier (ATT at work, T-mobile at home), and able to make and receive calls. Haven't tried texting but no reason to believe it won't work. I haven't used the phone where I'm going yet - New Zealand - but am pretty confident it will work. Great that it has two SIM slots in case I want to get a local one at the airport.

Simply the Best with Network even in the remotest part of the WORLD This is my second sim, my first sim got damaged and I had to get another one. I travel abroad frequently and like keeping in contact with family and friends as often as possible. My US line works perfectly well wherever I am in the world. The network is perfect and charge rates is quite okay. Recharging is quite easy either online or via phone. I will always recommend Telestial to frequent travelers abroad.

it's only with UK number +44 it's liar sim card seller only for uk people. imagine you buy sim card for colombia and when you're in colombia the local people need to call +44 so expensive. amazing bad description sheet and no totally refund. please everybody change website

Total waist of money Total waist of money. Reception is extremely poor (used their SIM card in UK, Ireland and USA). My phone kept disconnecting and searching for network. In UK and Ireland sometimes I had EDGE connection (so the speed was so slow that I couldn't even send a message in a chat). Extremely disappointed.
