GBUtterly disgraceful, product and service. Stay away!! The phone was 2 days late. It didn't work, after a half-hour phone call with their tech support (who didn't sound the LEAST surprised). I sent it back. They said it DID work; they would send the phone BACK to me. I emailed them my mailing address; they said they never got the email. After another phone call (hold for 20 minutes), they said they'd mail it back to me

GBNice phone with easy operation The phone arrived on time and was easy to understand as far as setting up. We are travelling to Italy and hope it works well there. The only concern I have so far is that as soon as you turn the phone on it starts using data. If you don't know how to turn it off you have a bill right away or your data plan gets eaten up. There should be very specific instructions on how to disable this so the data isn't wasted on useless updates of pre-installed apps. I lost all my credit without even using the phone. Very upsetting.

GBDecent service I bought a phone and card from Telestial two years ago and it worked without a hitch. I then misplaced the phone and therefore the SIM card expired. We found the phone about a week before we were set to travel and Telestial was fantastic about getting us a new SIM card quickly. However, when we went to charge the phone, the phone wouldn't charge. When I called to inquire there was an incredibly long wait time and via email took them 8 hours to inform us that the battery was probably dead and we were past the one year warranty. Fortunately, my husband was able to purchase a battery locally so we can take the phone with us. Lessons learned: keep the phone handy and activated.

FRAbsolute joke with regards to pricing Absolute joke with regards to pricing. 3x days into my European holiday (30 days) and $50 credit has already been maxed. My phone is not constantly roaming and I ensure to keep mobile data off until required. My time on mobile data has also been minimal with only a few photos posted and social media feeds refreshed. Refusing to recharge and give this company more of my money. Would have been cheaper to use my Australian Sim card and pay the roaming fees... Giving 2 stars as reception is adequate.

GBSimply the Best with Network even in the remotest part of the WORLD This is my second sim, my first sim got damaged and I had to get another one. I travel abroad frequently and like keeping in contact with family and friends as often as possible. My US line works perfectly well wherever I am in the world. The network is perfect and charge rates is quite okay. Recharging is quite easy either online or via phone. I will always recommend Telestial to frequent travelers abroad.
