Dead Zone I was told I could get internet from Synergy however did not work. They use Verizon and Verizon does not work where I live. So I have changed companies. Synergy was quite helpful but unfortunately we live in a "dead zone" and nothing works here. Only the company we had to switch too since they put a dish next door.

I tried to warn everyone about this… I tried to warn everyone about this company that I “worked for” never got paid after working for free for 3 months ! Took money right from my kids mouth ! I’m sorry this happened

Refuses to give our money back Synergy internet no good crooks, liers, and thieves. Almost 2 years to the date my husband and I purchased a super box from them we never received the super box and they will not refund our $299 dollars we have tried to contact this company on many different occasions by phone only 2 times out of the 1000 times we called did I speak to a live person both times got broken promises to send us our refund I’ve tried sending emails tons of them with no response to any of them. What kind of a company just takes money and then fail to pay the person back. I tried calling them just before the holidays last year and I spoke with a man who promised he would take care of our situation right after the new year well that was a big fat lie still nothing from these people. I have never been treated so bad by anyone in my life. I guess it’s time to contact the BBB and my attorney

This is a bad internet service… This is a bad internet service provider. I will not recommend Syenergy internet to my worst enemy. They are not reliable. They will not answer any concerns you have. They always want money for there service even when it’s down. They are a joke. Horrible business.

Great sounding sales speeches, terrible service Great sounding sales speeches, horrible in follow through. Did not get the access point I ordered so finally after a month of trying to get the access point I was "provided" a refund for $444. Three months later and many promises from several different individuals contacted by phone, e-mail and trouble tickets the money still has not come back to my account. On top of that, the ISP TV that I also signed up for went offline 6 weeks ago and has never come back. In trying to resolve that issue the service ticket is useless and no information is provided on the status of the service resolution. Now for the past two weeks when trying to contact the company all I get is a recording on their phone line, no voice mail, and I can no longer even access my account online through their web portal as it no longer is active. Not a reputable company. Be forewarned that if you get their service and you ever do have a problem you likely will not get it resolved. Update Nov. 16. Refund promised for Nov. 11 not seen. Another broken promise. No response to phone calls or e-mails. Terrible company, feel I will never get the refund due unless I take them to court.
