GBCustomer Service Cannot Be Reached I ordered fiber optic internet for a second home we have in Charlotte, NC back in August 2022. The internet was installed by A T & T in August. They told us that they would be back to bury the fiber optic wires for the internet. We left Charlotte, NC near the end of August 2022 and just assumed that would be taken care of. Well, it wasn't. We came back to our 2nd home on Saturday, April 8, 2023 and the wires are exposed and have not been buried. We are lucky that no one has cut them or mowed over them. They are a safety hazard for us to enter the home. I have tried to call Synergy Internet at (855) 779-6374 for 3 days but I get a message that the number is not in use. How can I get help with my issue if I cannot reach anyone.

GBRefuses to give our money back Synergy internet no good crooks, liers, and thieves. Almost 2 years to the date my husband and I purchased a super box from them we never received the super box and they will not refund our $299 dollars we have tried to contact this company on many different occasions by phone only 2 times out of the 1000 times we called did I speak to a live person both times got broken promises to send us our refund I’ve tried sending emails tons of them with no response to any of them. What kind of a company just takes money and then fail to pay the person back. I tried calling them just before the holidays last year and I spoke with a man who promised he would take care of our situation right after the new year well that was a big fat lie still nothing from these people. I have never been treated so bad by anyone in my life. I guess it’s time to contact the BBB and my attorney

GBBeen put of internet since September… Been put of internet since September 10th can't get anyone to answer the phone. When someone does, they are not qualified to help me. I'm now working on two weeks with no one picking up the phone. Call at least 20 times a day. This place is a joke, run run very fast away. Started out great, had a technical problem and nothing. I would not recommend this company for anything.

GBService was good until it wasn’t Service was good until it wasn’t. My internet has been out for over 2 weeks. I keep getting excuse after excuse from customer service. Also, no refund for when I haven’t had service.
