GBRefuses to give our money back Synergy internet no good crooks, liers, and thieves. Almost 2 years to the date my husband and I purchased a super box from them we never received the super box and they will not refund our $299 dollars we have tried to contact this company on many different occasions by phone only 2 times out of the 1000 times we called did I speak to a live person both times got broken promises to send us our refund I’ve tried sending emails tons of them with no response to any of them. What kind of a company just takes money and then fail to pay the person back. I tried calling them just before the holidays last year and I spoke with a man who promised he would take care of our situation right after the new year well that was a big fat lie still nothing from these people. I have never been treated so bad by anyone in my life. I guess it’s time to contact the BBB and my attorney

GBNo customer service, no service! No customer service, they prefer not to “talk” to you at all; email is preferred. Not enough staff to cover nights, weekends, holidays and training days occur on Fridays and Monday’s, or at least that is their excuse for not responding/restoring service. They changed 3rd party carriers and did not advise or share info. You just came to a grinding hault for 3 months. But they will give you a 2 month credit if you hound them. Oh and rates went up since they are so incompetent. Do not risk your sanity by trying them, there are others out there who are staffed and can offer same service. They have no issues charging for service that you don’t get or can’t access. Although they talk a good game. Buyer beware, run don’t walk. You might get lucky as some have stated, they have great service, but it doesn’t last long and then you are without communication to even reach out to Synergy to get it fixed, because as everyone states they do not communicate by phone and are extremely hard to get a response from.

GBI got over charged I was over charged on my bill for 3 months. I called about this issue. And they were able to credit my next month’s bill with what I was overcharged and then some. They also included a $200 hotel gift card for the inconvenience. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys at synergy internet

GBBeen put of internet since September… Been put of internet since September 10th can't get anyone to answer the phone. When someone does, they are not qualified to help me. I'm now working on two weeks with no one picking up the phone. Call at least 20 times a day. This place is a joke, run run very fast away. Started out great, had a technical problem and nothing. I would not recommend this company for anything.
