I have to say a huge thank you to the developers behind this website for making such a friendly interface and easy to navigate application. I have been able to easily create all UML diagrams I have needed for my university modules.

Ripping off people Ripping off people! I already had unsubscribed from their product but they charged me $158 one year after the cancellation. No emails, no invoices, no notifications!

To cancel you have to speak to a… To cancel you have to speak to a person! I was not able to just cancel my subscription or downgrade it without a support ticket to a person who did not understand, "I don't use it please cancel"! This is not an acceptable business practice in 2024 and one that I would only expect from a diet pill subscription. Avoid at all costs!

Downgraded with no notice Changed my bank account and they tried to take money from my old account. I didnt realise until suddenly they downgraded me to free. I have several important documents still in development and now they are saying I have to resubscribe. No email to say the payment couldnt be taken. Nothing. And now, to re subscribe, you guessed it, its more money.
