GBWaited for over two weeks to get a… Waited for over two weeks to get a response on MAJOR time sensitive payment issues. We were unable to process payment during our busiest days of the year. Our business was dramatically hurt by Talech.

GBNever Again! Since Ya'll insisted so much for a review, here it is... The person who signed me up at work said I could cancel anytime, but then realized I was in a contract and paid for years, and never used the services. No one ever called to see why my account was inactive for the 5 years that I paid monthly fees and payments! Never Again!

GBWe can’t say enough about the excellent… We can’t say enough about the excellent support we receive from Talech. We don’t have problems very often but when we do, we get immediate phone support and a quick resolution. Probably more tech savvy clients could solve these problems on their own, but our staff needs someone to walk them through the steps. Talech staff are knowledgeable and get us back up and running in minutes.

CAExtremely disappointing. I have had this system operational for approximately one year, at this point we’ve got about 16 to 18 hours troubleshooting on the phone. Plus countless more hours of trying to figure out how to make it work on our own when it fails. It will suddenly not take a credit card payment, it has never done a return for us even while on the phone with support trying to make it happen, suddenly the cash drawer won’t open, or it won’t print receipts. We end up trying to reboot the machine turning things off turning things back on disconnecting reconnecting sometimes after two or three tries it works also there’s a couple of different methods that we have made notes on, we spend far too much time trying to keep this thing going.They have totally dropped the ball on me as a client. Their support technicians are excellent and are doing their very best but they don’t know have much to work with.

GBTalech is absolutely terrible Talech is absolutely terrible. Customer service is probably the worst customer service I've experienced. More than one support agent hung up on me while they "put me on hold for 1-2 minutes". Kai did this, Reda was patient, but still not helpful. Many flaws and glitches with the actual system itself. Very annoying to use. Some of the add ons and even taxes will require you to add it on individually and manually on every single item. Please if you are a business, do not ever use talech. Even if it is cheaper, it is worth it to pay the extra for a better POS system so that you won't have as many problems as Talech.
