i would never recommend or use this… i would never recommend or use this company again. I have requested on several occasions monthly invoices and a review of my current charges. i am going to cancel this service and just move on. Bottom line- lack of response, lack of care, no personal service.

AVOID THEM PLEASE AVOID THEM PLEASE Awful customer service. Machine has broken down multiple times, many features don't work. New 'updated' version of their website is horrendous. The customer service is a joke - they say they have tried to call when they haven't, say 'everything is fine now' when they have fixed nothing at all nor contacted us. AVOID THEM PLEASE

Never Again! Since Ya'll insisted so much for a review, here it is... The person who signed me up at work said I could cancel anytime, but then realized I was in a contract and paid for years, and never used the services. No one ever called to see why my account was inactive for the 5 years that I paid monthly fees and payments! Never Again!

The only thing Talech is consistent with is being a complete failure to retailers who rely on them. A complete failure time and time again. They are actively damaging my relationships with my clients by sending them unauthorized emails 3-4 in as many minutes every day now. They lied about fixing it, so I assured my clients it was done with. They then lied about a work around, and now they tell me they don't know when it will be fixed. They made me a liar to my clients, and it's not the first time.

Great overall system Great overall system, great price. It does miss some key features. 1) The ability to have a smaller font on the kitchen ticket or print to a wider range of printers such as label printers is very important and yet you choose not to invest what like 1-2 hours, if even that much, of your programmers time to add a smaller font option on the ticket? 2) More customization of Kitchen tickets and Receipt tickets. Granted this takes some programming time but would be nice to have the ability that just about ever other POS has.
