Waste of time and money Waste of time and money, dont even think about it as an option. They will over charge, you have to send about 30 emails to close the account, until they close, they will charge you every single momth and they dont refund

So sad I tried for a long time to get my problem resolved then when I went to return merchandise I bought you said it was more than time allowed. You supposedly tried everything and to no avail. I am so disappointed, I was a long time customer and the first problem ended our relationship and nobody has even reached out to see why. Only a generated e mail....so sad

Stolen Money To be honest, if I can give this company a negative 10 stars I would they have stolen my money They refuse to give me my money. They have stolen $807 they refuse to give me this money back. I don't owe them no money. And they can't prove to me that I owe them any money. They keep telling me that my money has been released to my bank and it has been nearly a week. Please do not trust this company. Please do not use this company this company. As a fraudulent company and eventually, you will lose money dealing with this company.

Bad support The software - when it's working, does a fine job. Tech support, on the other hand, is horrible. They say they have 24X7 support, but anything that actually NEEDS support is a 48 hour response time. A menu update done by tech support screwed up, and we were then told, oh well, we did that on Friday night, now you have to wait until Monday before anyone might be able to address the issue. Complete insanity to allow an entire business to be shut down for the weekend. That's NOT 24X7 support.

AVOID THEM PLEASE AVOID THEM PLEASE Awful customer service. Machine has broken down multiple times, many features don't work. New 'updated' version of their website is horrendous. The customer service is a joke - they say they have tried to call when they haven't, say 'everything is fine now' when they have fixed nothing at all nor contacted us. AVOID THEM PLEASE
